Neches River Adventures: Saturday Public Tours   The Big Thicket Association operates the Ivory Bill, a covered excursion boat on the Neches River. Join us for an Eco-history tour on the Neches and into the cypress-lined backwater channels of the Big Thicket National Preserve. Reservations are required to book your place on the tour and confirm time and place of departure by calling 409-651-5326.

National Public Lands Day   Help us clean up Baby Galvez and Village Creek on this day of nation-wide service. We'll be removing trash at the boat ramp area and along Village Creek from canoes. Canoes, paddles, PFDs, gloves, and eye protection are provided. Meet at the Baby Galvez boat ramp in Silsbee, at the end of Lindsey Drive.
